I don't see any luster breaks nor any nasty scratches or dings.
Based on that I'd say at least MS-64 and up.

I don't know how to grade a coin like this Celtic, but Wow!

It looks perfect. I don't see any problems at all on it.

If I was a basement slabber, this would certainly be a pf70+.

Edit* truthfully, about the only thing I see is a little scratch under the word mountain. Everything else is too trivial to really deduct much over. Some toning beginning around ICA in America, which is nice.

I don't see why it couldn't go ms66.

Scratches on lower obverse are probably not as bad as pics depict, not enough to warrant a details grade but may knock
it down a grade. Nice clear fields, decent strike, this one looks 65 or better.

In all honesty I didn't see the scratches in hand. It wasn't until I took the close up photo that I saw them. Those scratches are probably the reason it's not slabbed.

What I'm seeing on your coin NightHawk that I'mnot seeing on mine is where Lee's horses reins cross his holster. That's the difference between high grade and really high grade.
