Found this nickel while roll hunting. Sorry that the scan isn't top notch, but I hope that it shows the clash well enough. On the obverse you can only really see one clash to the right of Tom's head, but the reverse shows what looks like three separate clashes if you look below Monticello and to the right of the dome above the wing.

Anyway, it is the best clash I have ever found. I really don't care if it is worth a thing, I am just tickled that I found a neat coin.

Pretty cool. The reverse makes me think of a rainy and cloudy winter day at Monticello with lightning going amok.

They sometimes nickname these "flaming roof" coins.

Ok, here is another attempt with a digital camera and a light table. Depth of field is pretty shallow and I was on more of an angle than I like, but at least you can see more of the clashing.

The second photo makes it MUCH easier to see the clashing.

I also see evidence of more than one clash...

Yep, I think that it clashed three times and each time it appeared to rotate just a bit. The clash mark over by E PLURIBUS appears single and then the clash marks below Monticello appear triple. Oh and by the way, the green color is from the tubes in the light table. I forgot to color correct the image. I think that clashes look neat.
