my pictures not real good but if you look there looks like theres doubling to the east. on some numbers

Looks more like deterioration doubling to me

Its not die doubling. This happens on plated cents quite often. The plating moves around during the strike and makes it look as though there is doubling around some of the numerals or letters.

Eventhough I'm no expert on doubling I can see and agree that this is deterioration.
