I am by no means an authority on coins of Russia, but at first glance I am concerned about the authenticity of this piece.

Comparing to catalog photos of similar coins the impression on this coin seems far weaker than it should, especially the letters near the rim at 2 o'clock. And yet, from the photos, I cannot identify any die stress that would suggest to me this was caused by worn dies. The reverse on catalog coins exhibits better protection of certain features, whereas this coin again seems more worn or just weak in these areas.

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than I will chime in.

There appears to be some damage on the obverse. If authentic, I would grade it VF details.

Looks real enough to me, and probably falls into the "not worth faking" territory (as far as I can tell it's one of the most common dates for the series, worth barely above melt in such a low grade).
Not that I'm any sort of an authority on Russian coins either (despite my location).
