Just wondering how strict they are with their exchange limits. For example, if they say "only 5 per person" does that mean there's no way I can get a whole roll of coins? Not even if I showed up at the start of the exchange?

Rules are the same, but reality differs from site to site.
On some site you'll get rolls + singles + card, while on other - just single coins.

As people said - probably better try first banks for the rolls.

Depends on how many people show up on the coin exchange.

If very few showed up, RCM staffs will be very kind in exchanging coins.

But if there is long waiting line, RCM staffs will be very strict on the policy because staffs worry about shortage on coin & folder during coin exchange.

I picked up 2 rolls of the lucky loonies in 2012, but I don't think there were any specific rules then.
