It looks like it was struck through hair and it is still on there.

Looks like a thread/fiber. I found one like that once on a business strike coin:

You can see where the thread/fiber was and still is on the coin. I've seen evidence of a thread even on proof coins, but the business strike coin was the first that I actually found the cause.

Those pics reminded me of a recent find, 2014 Can nickel similar, struck through something?

It is an error, but a minor premium for this. You would need to find a collector that is looking for these. Most of the time I put them back into the container, but I take images of them. The BS one, I did save in a 2X2 as it is not often you find the error and the cause of the error on the same coin. Yours is one I would save, but not take out of the holder. Maybe put a post it note on the set so you will remember it when selling it.
