wazzappenning Valued Member Canada 329 Posts	Posted 02/16/2015 2:53 pm is it bent at all? it looks to have been used at a machine shop. sometimes you cant have chuck marks on the piece and set it up so a clamp spins it. a cent is used under the screw part as to not mark up the piece.
