Hi ab - the experts here usually ask the rest of us to post pictures of the same size/area as depicted at Coppercoins. If you read the left hand margin for the listing, you'll see some text pointing out the die markers we use to confirm the die/attribution.
I think you might have one, but if you can locate the markers, especially the ones on the reverse, you should have the evidence you need. Best of luck to you...I let one like that slip through my hands!! Ugh!!
I'm going from memory but I think I see the die gouges adjacent to the 1 and above the T in CENT. I'm on my phone so tougher to ID the coin as such. I think there were other markers, small cracks coming from either corner of the Memorial. Have a look to see if all/most of the markers present.
