VF-20 is my grade but F-15? It also looks like it was cleaned or rubbed at some point in its life. The "1" in "1859" looks doubled and I don't know what the stuff is on the reverse.
There's also a die crack I see in the 10:00 area on the reverse.

yes die crack, however I believe this one to be a F-12 maybe a stretch would be F-15.
