I have a Kennedy dollar that seems to have spiked hairdo is this an error or an anomaly ?

There is a 1964 "Heavily Accented Hair." never heard of a spiked hairdo.
A picture would help.

The original proof 1964 Kennedy halves had the accented hair until it was changed per Jackie Kennedy's wishes. Some pics would still be nice to tell for sure.
