You have a cent struck from a VLDS. The coin has so much die wear, that is what you are seeing. The date and field flow so much together, the it looks like snow drifts.
1974-S-RPM?
The reflection you see on the date and mint mark are from your light source. They also in the same direction. Just a coin made from a very tired die.
