is it just me or does the second picture seem like it is rectangular shaped... meaning the queen looks large! I think that both of them are cleaned with a chemical, potentially environmentally damaged.

They all look like environmental damage to me, however the first one looks really cool, number 2 looks like someone cleaned part of the coin, and decided to stop.

I've seen coins like this and inadvertently create them when I leave change in my cup holders and coffee or coke spills in the reservoir. Whatever it is it certainly seems caustic.
