UK Grading Help - Couple Of George II 1/2d

EFLargeCents Pillar of the Community United States 1304 Posts	Posted 02/20/2015 09:19 am I need some assistance in grading these two coins. Your opinions are most welcome. I'm looking for the UK grade, not US. I'm trying to learn and so far have only been able to grade off auction descriptions. sel_69l Bedrock of the Community Australia 21788 Posts	Posted 02/20/2015 5:37 pm Condition wise these coins are well above average for date. VG and Fine. The British grading system is tougher than Sheldon, but with fewer grading steps. I have about 20 or so English / British copper half pennies and farthings from Charles 11 to George 111, and none of them are quite as good as these. Report this Post to the Staff
