This isn't one of the type coins I'm knowledgeable of and I'm hoping you can help. I believe it's the Large Motto Version due to the D in 'GOD'. Also, what would you all grade it at? Thank you!

Yep, it's the Large Motto variety.
The good news is that the "WE" is quite prominent; I've seen higher grades with a poorer "WE".
IMO it's a low XF.

Although it's a Happy VF to me, I've seen worse in XF40 slabs and WE is nicely prominent as has been said. When one factors in the reaction of circulated copper to bright lighting for digital imagery, the surfaces are much more reassuring. In-hand, I'll bet it's a bunch more subdued.

SsuperDdave you are correct. Way more subdued in hand. Really nice color and while I'm no expert, I don't believe the coin has been cleaned. If it has ours an old cleaning from some time ago.
