This is a coin I'm planning to sell from an inherited collection. It looks absolutely perfect to my eyes and using a loupe...is it possible to tell MS 68/69/70 etc. from these pics? Any information I should include in the listing? I believe the coin is in the original sealed plastic from the mint. I'm not sure which mint but I've heard that you can tell from the plastic itself.

The one issue I see with the coin is there seems to be a spec inside the plastic on the panda side at about 4 o'clock. I'll have to look more closely, but I'm not sure that this is something that is actually on the coin itself. Is this sort of debris inside the plastic unheard of? Thanks.

UPDATE: I took a closer look and noticed that the spot isn't on the coin but rather on the inside of the plastic. I was able to shake it away from the coin so the coin looks perfect now...and I'm not sure where that little debris went...it's like it disappeared...very strange!
