Great find! But I don't know what an rdv is. Is it a previous year die reverse?

It's a 1988 with a 1989 reverse.

These pics were taken with a point-n-shoot Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FH3 on a window sill with sunlight and fixed a bit with a program that came with my computer.
