I was looking at the d in dollar but you meant is the mint mark doubled lol it looks to be but it may also be a die chip and extra metal. To be sure I would ask for a better picture of the mint mark. For now I'm saying it's extra metal. From die chip because device looks the normal size. We will wait for others to comment
