Definitely an N-45. On the N-5 the top of the 1 is just touching the bust which is not the case here. N-5 and N-45 are the only coins that have the curl tip pointing to the center of the 8. Here's a link to an N-45 sold by Goldberg. http://www.goldbergcoins.com/view-a...7/lot/20537/ It looks identical to the coin sold on ebay. Especially where the 1s fall near the denticles. The Goldberg link lists N-45 as R.4+. The ebay coin is corroded and I'll call it F-15 sharpness but I'll have to net grade it down 2 grades to VG-10. My grade and attribution is 1851 N-45 R.4 15/10.
