Is this the real thing and is it how it's called or there is another name for this error?

Here you go neohorits cause without good -great pics it's hard for us to tell I do think it is a d over d but which variety that is up in the air completely if you look at this site http://coppercoins.com/advsearch.php and type in year mint mark you can pull up a s each they will have marker photos that you can look at to see if yours matches any of the already listed dies. Then if you find its match it will give you a pricing based on the grade

My advice is to save this coin unless you need the money,this coin will only go up
in value in time. Its a goodie.

This coin could be common. And another thing, coins go down and up down in value. What if a hoard of these is found? It could go down in value.

It is on the top 100 RPM list. Here is a listing for these with prices:

Scroll down to the correct coin date/variety. This one is a MS-66 so the price will be high because of the grade.
