I took a look at Cuds on Coins and saw a few that were similar. Relatively minor I suppose, but what about collectability?

An error is an error it may not be big but it's value is to you. If you sold it the value would be what someone pays for it. I keep my die breaks I find for the most part. Thus making them collectible

Indeed. I see the ones at Cuds and wonder if there is a building market. I like coins like these too...character. I've not shopped/sold anything like this but know that a few here are further along this path. I'm also thinking with submission/attribution, the area expands the market, thus the value. As with you, I'm inclined to set it aside because it has character/interest.

Np If you ever do sell it give it a catchy name people like that. You could say Lincoln got shot. Lol never know people might go crazy over it like they did for a little bit on the Minnesota quarter with an extra tree.
