I've lost touch with E. Harrington Manville.

Does anyone know how Harry is doing? Is he well?

Many thanks,
Bill

I don't know him myself Bill. But I have his British Numismatic Auction Catalogues 1710-1984 A most valuble resource and a terrific work of research!

Sadly, I got my answer a few days ago, in the E-sylum -

"Harry Manville passed away last Wednesday - that is 18th February. He was 85 years old. He was incredibly well-respected and totally indefatigable in his efforts in numismatics. . . . . . . ".

If you are unfamiliar with the E-sylum, you really should check it out. You can read an issue at

That just links to gmail...and since we don't have access to your account, doesn't do us much good.

Is it posted elsewhere online, or email-only?

Thank you.

http://www.coinbooks.org/index.html should work!

(see the section down on the left side "The E-Sylum (eNewsletter)".
