I just found this today & am wondering the value....Ill get a better pic when I get back home...:)

I see a few of them for sale as a normal 1990 5cent piece by CC members on ebay that may not know they have this exact error coin......

Have to see the entire coin both sides, for value. 'Bare belly' comes in many different stages from tiny to large and yours looks like 'medium' size but the pics are to blurry to say for sure. Condition of the coin is everything, nice find.
