1921 was the only year Morgans were struck in Denver. The first were sent to the Director of the Mint. The next ten were engraved numerically from 3 to 12, commemorating the occasion. They are known to have all been in one place at a coin sale in the 1920's but have dispersed since and a couple are missing.

I recall a member here posting that he thought his grandfather had an engraved 1921. Unfortunately, he hasn't posted since last fall so I don't know if we'll ever know if he found it.

I read one was found at a bingo hall in 1989 so anything is possible

Yeah, #4. It's now NGC MS64 and in the hands of BrokenCC if I recall.

really... next time I go up to Tahoe I'll have to check them out and see if I can view it on my way up to Virginia City.... VC is such a fun place to visit!
