The coin should be same as this:
http://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces14253.html
just different year (although the catalog didn't include year of your year). Year of your coin is 1945 (Showa 20), and the catalog only says Showa 3-13.

Thanks - very helpful. With your help I found other examples and but nothing about this coin made after 1938. I believe this is a 1937 (Year 12). Again, sincerely appreciate the help.
