CaptainFwiffo Pillar of the Community United States 4132 Posts	Posted 02/25/2015 4:33 pm I don't see a number 20, but the date (2000) is partially obscured by the blob. The blob is clearly a contaminant of some kind that got stuck to the coin after minting; it's produced a stain in a circle around it. It is not an error. It's possibly solder or something.
