I think I found my first error coin.
What do you all think?

Around the word liberty, metal is different, almost looks wiped out. The P is totally filled in. You can see the original luster in the field between the letters "liberty".

I think this is the error caused by oil or grease on the die?
Whats that called?

What are your thoughts?
Do these types of errors have much value?

Thanks

Struck Through Grease is likely, usually not worth keeping unless whole parts of the design are missing; it's quite common.

I am too yet to find a real error. But people like us will just have to keep looking. Good eye though! Keep your eyes peeled and you might find something good.
