Provident is offering free shipping on orders of 99 bux and over. I'm sure "NewsBoy" will be around to post it as well. Unless he already has and I missed it. What's going on? Reason is very simple. Retail demand for physical is collapsing nationwide. Online dealers start to fight each other for small orders now. What's next?
