Lol thats all that will happen is the Banks will pay a few fines with the bail out money that tax payer have to pay back, its a big farce. Those who control the Money control the people , simple as that.

Slap on the wrist and maybe several mils of fine; that's usually how it ended.

I would take this opportunity to short gold and silver; you know what will happen after this drama ends.
