What do you think these will grade? Would it be worth it to send them off?

I am no pro but the nickel looks odd. I don't see any Blakeley affect and the shape of the clip looks wrong.I don't think these would justify the price of slabbing.IMHO.

I to find the nickel odd with the shape of the clip and no Blakeley affect. Though the shape of the clip could just be how the metal flowed during the strike and not every coin has the Blakeley affect. I do think it is legit since there is a lack of rim near the clip and the way the weak letters flow toward the clip especially the "T" in Trust and "D" in God.

There is no need to send the coins in for grading just enjoy them how they are. I think they are good looking coins.

The nickel is fine, small clips are sometimes distorted by metal flow during striking. The tapered rim and "fishtailing" at the bottom of GOD WE are indicators of metal flow present on a genuine incomplete planchet. They are both nice errors but the slabbing costs would be close to the value of the errors themselves so the plastic will not add any extra value as it would with a more complex and/or valuable error.

Thanks guys! I'm looking at thinning out my collection this month and these don't really fit my collection, so they are going to be on the chopping block. Just didn't know the values, so will list them raw.
