I'm not asking I'm just sharing! does not matter what anybody thinks ultimately it will be the Grading service that decides.

I would not send it off to get graded. It would get a details grade do to the condition, and if there is no die clash it is a great loss. I would see if this is a die clash first. It looks like PMD.

The coin looks like it was worked over in several places. The biggest clue to me is that the coin is out of round and the setup rim area is disturbed. With a normal strike, they would be there. This one was altered carefully in hope to make an error. All they did was to ruin a coin.
