It would get a details grade do to the condition, and if there is no die clash it is a great loss. I would see if this is a die clash first. It looks like PMD. Report this Post to the Staff

The biggest clue to me is that the coin is out of round and the setup rim area is disturbed. With a normal strike, they would be there. This one was altered carefully in hope to make an error.
