MS-63/4 for me..
What is that at 10:00 on the obverse over the top of the I in DEI, is it on the coin or on the background?

I'm not sure if I see a bit of wear on the tip of the mustache. If so, AU58. If not, an easy 63, maybe 64. Nice one, as usual!
