The long one is not a coin, but a charm or amulet; I can see the Taoist "Eight Trigrams" on the bottom pic in the lower lobe.
The one actually shaped like a coin is based on the coinage of the Vietnamese emperor Gia Long (1802-1820). But from the appearance I'd say this too is a relatively modern charm.
