1982-D Dime: Date And "Semi-Triangular" Dot On REV Questions

I am thinking that the areas I indicated with arrows on the date are PMD and that the semi-triangular shaped dot on the Reverse is because of a very late die stage. Would that be correct?

The die die flow. The die is in the VLDS and is now showing it's wrinkles. It happens when things age. LOL But it is not PMD. Just another part of life. The die is soon to be retired.
