I came across this 1969D penny that appears to be missing the Initials on the back of the coin... What do you all think? and if it is missing the initials is this rare? or valuable? thanks so much !!

Need better pics. But if it is "totally" missing it might have a small premium. What it is is a Grease Filled Die or over polishing.Not rare.

Some graders have stopped slabbing them. They are not a thing on my list to look for.
