If the coin was taken out of the 2x2 you could probably tell better but, looks EF40/5 to me.

EF45 wear is heavier then AU on the common higher details.

Obverse- The eyebrow, the band and main jewels above band show wear.
Reverse- Tips of some of the leaves and crown show wear.

For the reverse: Leaves show some wear For the obverse: the two beads/jewels on the crown's rim (second from the left) have wear and do not show completely. There is wear on the beads running up the crown. Mustache has wear, but we have an idea of where the tip ends. And the eyebrows are rubbed a little That's how I personally identify an EF 40.
