I don't believe it has much value. I would pay a couple of GBP for it because it is interesting, however, it has a hole in it and from the photograph it looks as though someone has cleaned it down to bare metal, stripping off any patina.

Well, its an interesting type and not an emperor that was frequently barbarised. Unfortunately its received some poor cleaning and was already holed which practically destroys its value. Being that its interesting, id probably pay £5 for it.
