Not seeing much luster on the surfaces... and also think there are hairlines on the front side

It's a bit difficult (for me at least) to tell from your images, but the coin appears to have been cleaned one or more times in its past. I would not buy it at an MS price - it seems to be an AU coin.

Better images might change my mind.

Impossible to judge from the photos provided - I would assume cleaned based on the lack of luster - but that could all be a result of the photos.

A key knowledge as a collector is the ability to judge original surfaces with the coin in hand ... what do you think?
