VF25, reverse is a bit better than the obverse

My initial thought was VF-30, but since the obverse looks more worn down than the reverse VF-25

Obverse is VF20, reverse is VF30. Therefore, VF25.

This is one coin that I would like to have encapsulated at some stage. I would be happy if it came back VF20.
