According to the discussions dynamics (do not mix with the sales or other) - these set the most recent popular coins among collectors. The hits - "Gods of Olympus" and the "Star Trek" - history, till the next related releases.
So the most discussed stuff - this set and some stamps, that people (the buyers on the secondary market) pay crazy money just to have them uncut.

As much I would like to get my hands on the 2013 Superman I'm afraid I will have to pass Northerncoins.
I like that case yingyang but because of the size difference in the capsules I think the gold coin would be flopping all over the place. Where can I buy one of those cases as I could use it for some other coins.

Canadian Coin & Currency in Richmond Hill has both silver and gold set. The gold coin has exceptional high relief just like a button you really want to press it!

Hello everyone, this is my first post. Found this thread and forum while googling moon mask set a couple of weeks ago. I preordered it the moment I saw it because I thought it looked fantastic. It's my first expensive coin purchase in about 18 months. Wasn't until later I realized the artist was the same guy whose work I'd been taking snapshots of in every Vancouver gift shop I visited over the past couple of years. I think Andy Everson's work stands apart from other nwc art, it's innovative and crisp, (plus he did some cool star wars stuff). Anyhow, was excited about it, which led me to buy the interconnections set, which led me to choke up enough $ for the gold singing moon mask and lament over whether I'd get it. Which I did from Canada Post, and another from a local coin dealer so it's all good (except my bank account). Anyhow I picked up the silver set today from my PO and was quite awestruck at how nice these coins are. Even the enamelled finish which I wasn't feeling so much because of the obvious difference in die from other finishes. I thought the enamelled would be fairly 2D - it is not. It pops. They all POP. The antique finish is the most striking. Though I did notice some faint light spots as seen in another member's photos, I'll decide what to do about that when I get my second silver set (which I ordered as soon as I got home today). These are (IMO) by far the most attractive coins I've seen from RCM in person (but I really like NWC First Nations and Andy Everson). Was not impressed with other RCM moon mask coins. I'm going to do a custom display with a shadow box, printed matte and mount them together with interconnections holograms around the singing moonmask gold in the centre. Call it an Andy Everson spurious I suppose. I see a lot of discussion around the Investment worth of this set, flippers vs collectors, it's been interesting and I'm appreciating the insight it lends. I'm seeing pics of the gold moon mask pop up and I think as more people see these coins in person the interest will grow. When I get the gold coin I'll take some tack sharp pics with my 55 mm macro lens and some controlled light and share. Man I hope Everson does more...

Correction - I bought the interconnections 'hologram' set. I had a hard enough time explaining to my wife the purchase of two gold coins in the same month...

Welcome Smilodon, I share your enthusiasm re everson's work... He and the RCM pairing up was a great move for his career as he is relatively unknown to many still...certainly within coin collectors. These truly are very impressive designs When you have your masks collections set up please post a pic or two...

Nice Orfew! Since everyone has such nice pictures, Instead I will put up two "Evil Singing Moon Mask" pictures! Couldn't get the Antique coin to reflect properly so I left it out.

Took careful look at the "Interconnections" coins - IMO, Mint lost big potential profit, by not issuing them as full silver set (no hologram).

Silveroid, I would think RCM did okay with the 'interconnections' theme...with a variety of styles, in hologram on silver, gold, and silver singing masks... Everson's designs spread over various styles...covered all possible options with these very unique artistic designs... Gold coins look awesome... Gold enamel and the three coin silver set - all very low mintage...created positive buzz.
