Sure beats hiding it in a box, stashing it in a safe or having to go to the bank lock box to see some thing you worked hard to have and to hold! The way I see it, and hopefully many other collectors, I(we) now have another option we didn't have before and that is a safer way to put that favorite coin out for us, our family and friends to enjoy without the hugh threat of that small slab disappearing. Many classics are great conversation pieces and hiding them all away after putting our heart and souls into acquiring them just doesn't make sense to me. Thanks for the photo's Mike and the kind words! Really appreciate your thoughts on this project.

More coming as I am working African Aniegre and mineral stained Poplar at this time. Will probably hit a couple of rare boards next time around but those will get deeper into one's pocket as some of the rarer woods are very very expensive. Rare wood holders for rare coins? I do appreciate everyones words of encourgament and Susan and Bobby's efforts to help launch my new product. Getting a little easier now that I am not constantly stopping to think about what I am doing. Guess I am developing a routine!

If I was displaying a St Gaudens, I would want the holder to be marble/granite so it wouldn't 'walk away' during a party. But the walnut is beautiful. A perfect setting for the coin.

Hey Miker, Check out the post, on page 2, under "How gorgeous is this..." Not marble but I do believe, if you must, they could be bolted down!
Rest in Peace

Terry, I got my second holder the "Spalted Maple" kind and mounted my PCGS Fugio in it! I will send in a photo as soon as I can. I'm anxious to see the multi holder designs. Thanks, Mike

Thanks Mike! I am sure it will look great and really glad that you have the need to admire your prized possessions! I will have to find more like you for this endeavor to succeed and then move on to the multiples and then, the one lurking in the back of my mind, the King! Will keep you posted and look forward to seeing your photo!

Really looks good Mike! Kind of like turning a precious slab into a trophy for all to admire? Thanks for posting the photos Susan!
