65FB at least. 35-D is a bit of a tougher date with full bands. Although, on second though, that photo seems dodgy, so I wouldn't trust it overly.

Upon closer inspection, the top set doesn't quite seem to be fully split.

flow lines are so evident I wonder if its a proof die making business strikes or a missed proof overall. Interesting looking coin.

I believe they first made proofs in '36, so this one couldn't be a proof die. At least, I think that's the case.

It looks like a nice coin to me. Concerning proofs, I wouldn't expect a proof die to end up at the Denver Mint.

Darn cheek hit keeps bothering me as I'm looking at it more. How much higher in the MS scale would it go with out it?

Don't think it will make FB designation but it is a high MS. I think the reverse would grade 66. Obverse 65. Could go either way but I have to go with the lower of the two

Full bands only refers to the center bands. If they are split, the others will be split, even if it doesn't show in pictures. This particular seller is known for misleading pictures, which is why I say it's dodgy.

Looks like the left of the top bands took a hit. If a hit obscures FB, it's not FB.
