Unusual Way To Detect 2cent Small Motto Varieties

I won't even comment on the grade assigned

Following question/Statement sent to the seller

"FYI
I believe this is not a small date 1864 2 Cent coin.
Even from the poor pictures it does not match the diagnostics for the Small motto variety. I do not think you should portray it as such lest uninformed eBayers make the mistake of thinking that they are bidding on a small motto 2 Cent.
The D should be flatter and the 'T' of trust should almost touch the ribbon on the bottom.There are other diagnostics for determining the small date variety. Perhaps you would do well to check up on them. You never know I may be wrong as well.

Looks like my message worked all reference to small motto has now been removed

Nice one! I just had to inform someone that the bust half they were advertising as R.6 was a low R.3. It was close to the end of the auction so hopefully they'll inform the buyer (as if).
