That is a trick coin, two different coins machined to fit together. I have the tails version of that one in my own collection.

Need pictures of the edge.
The side depicting Elizabeth 11 would be a British or an Australian penny; they had same images and legends 1954 to 1964.
The diameter of the Half is 30.6mm milled edge, that of the penny 31.0mm plain edge.

Yes, we've seen them on the forum several times before. They're basically a kind of "magic coin". "Look, I have here an ordinary half dollar. Hocus, pocus, now I have a British penny!". Here's another just like it, one of many posted here before. You could do the trick more convincingly with this guy's coin, which has one side of the coin which can be completely removed and flipped over.
