also low AU here, question: Was the coin displayed in some way at the yard sale or did you inquire if they had any coins?

I asked, and was told there was a box of "Mexican" coins inside I could look through if I wished to. Turned out to be 99% modern Spanish issues with a few Saudi and Italian thrown in, and this one lone silver dollar.
