Hi, This the first time I'm using this forum. I have several rolls of uncirculated 1969 S. I read an article about a year ago about 1969 S DD in pocket change. I had these rolls about 30 years. I searched them and found some Double Dies in several varieties. But, I need help like Mr Ziegler got with his 1982 DD from Mr. Douhtrey. I'm basically in an similar situation as Mr. Ziegler getting a close up photo of coin. I do have a photo but not clear enough to appreciate the doubling. So if anyone can help me establish These coin as being DD? It would be greatly apprecited!

Homer, first make sure that what you have is actual doubling and not Machine Doubling, etc. To do that, go over to the variety forum of the area. The people there are very knowledgeable with varieties and errors. I'm pretty sure you'd have more luck there. Also, look about at some of the other posts to see examples of Machine Doubling and this would help you to determine by process of elimination if you actually have doubling or not. Good luck and welcome to the forums!
