llonglegs New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 10/17/2007 10:52 pm I am new to this but I have a question regarding the 1999 Delaware quarter, I have had lots of these coins pass through my hands but I kept this particular one because the rein from the riders hand to the horses neck is missing, I have heard of error coins before but not sure if this is one can anyone help me.....pleezzzzzzzz, sorry I dont have a picture on here but still learning will gladly send one by email.... From your description the coin sounds like a filled die ,, while it is an error it is a very common occurance and seldom adds any value to the coin.
