I don't think so. The area on the top serif looks like it was disturbed after the coin was struck. The split should be more rounded instead of looking rough shapped. I checked a couple on coppercoins for that year.

Note how the die shapped the RPMs on these two coins. I don't see that on your coin. Sorry

If there were a RPM, you would have spotted it. You are at the point that some collectors realize, "I'm looking too hard for something that is not there." Been there myself. I would see something in my scope and take an image and it wouldn't show in the image. Then I realized that it would be too minor to be something collectable. So I dropped back a bit and it works better for me. So you are not alone.

that is exactly it sometimes I find myself bending my scope to make it there ... and then I get mad when it disappears well frustrated ...
