Looks like an 1824, but I'll wager an AU-55.

The reverse seems to be a light strike, because there are flats on some the high points of the design: eagle's eyebrow, and the leading edges of the wings, but very little wear on lower high points of the design.
Minimal but findable wear on the high areas on the obverse. Some, but not all of the stars are a little flat. Attractive coin.
AU55.

I think AU as well, even though the photos don't show the luster very well. I like the color.

I'll say AU-58, beautiful coin, love the color and the stars are very strong.

AU-55 as well, possibly as high as AU-58.
Either way, it is a gorgeous coin with great eye appeal!

NICE coin in some respects. I was not aware of the strike issue (right wing "finger area" wear) so without that information I would have given it an AU-58+. If the strike IS light as claimed an MS-60. Still, if I were writing a description of it I would be certain to mention the uneven face toning. Ug.

AU 50 It's lacking a bit of luster.

AU55 from here, toning may hide some of the luster

Definitely AU I'd guess Au55 max, photos don't show justice of the coin in regards to mint luster.
