Hello, I am just looking for some opinions on the grade of this dime I just purchased. It is not in my hand as of yet, but when it is I will post better photos.

I think the obverse carries it to XF.

Wow, a Seated coin being carried by the obverse. Be still, my heart.

I love how these tone and darken over time. Only Seated stuff does it this particular way, and the smaller denominations do it better. XF is fine for this one.

OK, I can go with the EF40. My only concern is the dark color, hopefully it's just toned, and not corrosion/environment.

XF40 also...I hope it looks as good in hand. For some reason I'm thinking their photos are hiding something. I hope I'm wrong. Please post new ones when you get it.

Wear seems a little too pronounced for EF; I'll venture a contrarian opinion of VF-30. The toning may be natural (and not hiding any surface issues) but I don't think it enhances the eye appeal much. Hopefully the coin will prove out to be problem-free when you examine it in person.

Just arrived today, sorry about the reverse photo quality. Just couldn't manage to get a good shot but I'll keep trying.

Thanks for depleting pics. I'm still at XF40. I don't see any issues. Good for you. It could have went either way
