It's a strong enough clash that I would consider it a keeper.

Thank you all. I sure am learning so much. this is totally a keeper. Now I need to figure out how to officially put a value on it. Now that I'mlearning what errors actually are and still a lot more to learn, I want to get my coins in a nice error book or case display. Again thank you all for your replies and for taking the time to do so.

Value is minimal because clashes happen frequently and even strong clashes are not that hard to find. it is still a valid keeper though just for the educational value of it.
